Process about Degree Application:

If you already meet the requirements for degree application of ICCAS and prepare to graduate, after obtaining the approval from your supervisor, please prepare and submit materials as the following process:

1. Please log in your SEP account (http://sep.ucas.ac.cn) to check if you already finished opening report, mid-term assessment, academic reports and social practices in 培养指导 app.  (It has English version for you to read in this app. )

2. Please submit 'Table of the publication published by graduate students of the ICCAS and confirmation of thesis submission to plagiarism checking and review' before March 1st (summer session) /September 25th (winter session) to Dr. Lv (in Room 325, Building 5). 

Then submit your final thesis to chachong@iccas.ac.cn for testing of plagiarism before May 15th (summer session) /September 25th (winter session). 

DO NOT send your thesis before your supervisor review it. 

When you submit your final thesis to chachong@iccas.ac.cn, please name it as "Student ID number_Name_Title". The repetition rate of needs no more than 10%.

    3. You need to hold defense meeting and submit all the materials for degree application to our office before May 20th (summer session) /September 25th (winter session). 

    Please communicate with your supervisor and let him/her arrange a secretary in your group to organize the defense meeting.
