围绕天然高分子领域中“纤维素衍生物的可控合成新原理与新方法”科学问题开展研究,建立纤维素衍生物均相可控合成新体系,揭示调控其结构和性能的原理和方法;制备系列功能性纤维素衍生物。在Nat. Commun.,CCS Chem.,ACS Nano等期刊发表SCI论文108篇;授权发明专利36项。承担国家自然科学基金3项,主持企业项目10余项。2013年北京市科学技术奖一等奖;2022年中国科学院青年创新促进会优秀会员;2023年中国化学会纤维素专业委员会青年学者奖。
