1. 低粘附连续3D打印研究及应用。
提出利用仿生润滑光固化界面的低粘附连续3D打印方法,消除了打印过程中树脂聚合粘附对打印速度和精度的影响,实现了高速连续3D打印过程;提出了单墨滴3D打印的策略,显著提高了打印精度,抑制了台阶效应,实现一滴树脂3D成型和目前最高的树脂利用效率;成功创制了连续3D打印原型设备,构筑了一系列传统工艺难以制造的3D结构,用于定位盐结晶增效太阳能蒸汽的产生及其在高效海水淡化领域的应用。
