1. 小分子半导体材料的设计合成及其在有机场效应晶体管中的应用。
设计合成了系列蒽衍生物,实现了迁移率和发光效率的有效调控,并获得了兼具高迁移率和较高荧光效率的有机半导体材料;通过晶体和界面工程,揭示了OFET的光响应与半导体层的结晶质量及界面缺陷密度的关系,实现了OFET驱动的发光二极管器件稳定的光输出;开发了系列不对称 共轭结构材料,拓展了超薄分子晶体材料体系,结合超薄分子晶体生长工艺,实现了高性能超薄分子晶体及异质结器件。
